These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Velmoralz website (velmoralz.com) and all related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing, browsing, or purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance.

Velmoralz is operated as an online retail platform for luxury fragrances and beauty products in the United Arab Emirates and internationally.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Products and Descriptions

3.1 We make every effort to display product colors, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will accurately reflect the actual color or appearance of products.

3.2 Product images may be AI-generated representations or stylized photographs. While we strive for accuracy, minor variations between displayed images and actual products may occur.

3.3 All products sold on Velmoralz are 100% authentic. We source directly from authorized distributors and brand representatives.

3.4 Fragrance notes, longevity, and sillage information are provided as general guidance and may vary based on individual body chemistry, environment, and application.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 All prices are displayed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) unless otherwise indicated. Prices displayed in other currencies are approximate conversions for convenience only.

4.2 We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

4.3 Payment is processed by third-party payment service providers (Stripe for card payments, Tabby for installment plans). Velmoralz does NOT store, process, or have access to your full credit card details. All payment processing is handled securely by these certified third-party processors.

4.4 By making a payment, you agree to the terms of service of the respective payment processor.

4.5 Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for UAE orders. Full payment is required upon delivery.

4.6 We are not responsible for any fees, charges, or currency conversion costs imposed by your bank or payment provider.

5. Orders and Fulfillment

5.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5.2 Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability. In the rare event a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative product.

5.3 We reserve the right to limit quantities purchased per customer.

6. Shipping and Delivery

6.1 Delivery services are provided exclusively by third-party logistics companies (including but not limited to Aramex, DHL, SMSA, and other carriers). Velmoralz is NOT a delivery service provider and acts solely as an intermediary between you and the shipping carrier.

6.2 Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are NOT guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, carrier capacity, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.

6.3 Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the shipping carrier.

6.4 Velmoralz shall not be liable for: - Delays caused by the shipping carrier - Lost or damaged packages in transit (claims should be filed with the carrier directly) - Incorrect delivery due to wrong address provided by the customer - Customs duties, import taxes, or any additional fees imposed by destination countries - Force majeure events affecting delivery

6.5 Free shipping thresholds and delivery timeframes are subject to change without notice.

7. Returns and Refunds

7.1 Returns are accepted ONLY under the following strict conditions: - The return request must be submitted within 48 HOURS of delivery confirmation. - ONLY perfumes/fragrances are eligible for return. - The product MUST be sealed, unopened, and in its original packaging exactly as received. - Cosmetics, skincare, hair care, body care, and ALL other personal/hygiene items are NOT eligible for return under any circumstances, for health and hygiene reasons.

7.2 To initiate a return, submit a request through your account order page. Requests made after the 48-hour window will be automatically rejected.

7.3 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product).

7.4 Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7.5 We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above conditions or where the product shows signs of use, tampering, or damage not caused by shipping.

7.6 Gift cards, promotional items, and sale items are non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, software, and compilation thereof) is the property of Velmoralz or its content suppliers and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 Brand names, product names, and logos used on the Site belong to their respective owners. Their use on our Site does not imply endorsement by or affiliation with Velmoralz unless explicitly stated.

8.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

9. User Accounts

9.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

9.2 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

9.3 You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

9.4 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELMORALZ AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: - Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages - Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities - Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service - Damages arising from any third-party service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting providers) - Any action taken by payment processors regarding your payment methods or accounts - Personal injury, property damage, or any other damages arising from products after delivery

10.2 Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

10.3 These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory (contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Velmoralz, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from: - Your use of the Service - Your violation of these Terms - Your violation of any rights of a third party - Any content you submit or upload to the Service

12. Disclaimers

12.1 THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12.2 We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

12.3 Fragrance descriptions, notes, and recommendations (including quiz results) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice. Individual results may vary.

12.4 Product reviews and ratings represent the personal opinions of individual users and do not represent the views of Velmoralz.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, epidemics/pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier failures, or internet/telecommunication failures.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

14.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

14.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through the courts of Dubai, UAE.

14.3 Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Return Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Velmoralz regarding the use of the Service.
